The location of this b&b is fantastic, being right in the centre of the picturesque town and close to the main square with its thermal pool. the beautiful sights in Val d ' Orcia are easily accessible from here. The room is very comfortable and luxurious, with great facilities and a warm atmosphere. The spa services and the massage treatments are excellent, providing a perfect way to relax. The breakfast buffet is also delicious, with a variety of homemade delicacies to choose from.

The service at this b&b could be improved, as some of the staff seem bored and unresponsive.

We had a small hiccup upon arrival, as there was an issue with the BB and we were given a room in the nearby hotel instead. However, the receptionist, although not very enthusiastic, eventually found us a better room with a great view. The city and its surroundings were absolutely fantastic, with a unique ambiance that we truly enjoyed. The breakfast provided at the B&B was the best we've had in Italy, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The manicured gardens and fragrant flowers added to the overall appeal of the property. Despite a minor drawback regarding the spa's cost, the location of the B&B was central and convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Had a fantastic Christmas getaway at this hotel! The thermal bath and wellness center were amazing, providing great relaxation and rejuvenation. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with the city center just a short walk away, making it a perfect location. the staff was accommodating and allowed us to check out a bit later, which was greatly appreciated.
